My teaching focuses on developing healthy, sustainable vocal technique through a combination of contemporary methods and body-based awareness. Drawing on the Satt Ricks Method for vocal placement, the Biophonics Method, and vocal rehabilitation approaches, I help students build efficient habits that free the voice from tension and expand range and resonance.
Each class begins with targeted exercises to align the body and breath, followed by customized technical work and application to contemporary repertoire. Lessons are highly personalized, adapting to the student’s level, style preferences, and artistic goals.
I specialize in contemporary styles — pop, soul, jazz, and R&B — and work with students of all ages, from beginners to advanced singers, including those recovering from vocal strain or seeking to refine their technique for professional work. My approach integrates physical alignment, vocal health, and expressive delivery, ensuring both technical mastery and artistic freedom.
