Sobre Belmira

I am a 21-year-old worker student from Portugal, with a background in mathematics, business studies, and accounting from my educational journey. Having experienced dyslexia myself, I understand the challenges and emotions associated with having a learning difficulty. I am passionate about teaching students with similar obstacles and strive to provide them with the support and guidance that I lacked in my own educational journey. My ultimate goal is to empower every student to realize their full potential and overcome any obstacles they may face. I believe that, with the right support and dedication, every student can succeed, just as I did in triumphing over my own learning difficulties and even turning them into advantages. If I could do it so can you!

I specialize in teaching students aged 10 to 18 math, business studies, and accounting in English. At the primary and high school level, offering interactive, fun, and creative lessons. I incorporate various multimedia tools, such as videos, games, and songs, to enhance the learning experience. As my focus lies primarily on students with learning difficulties, I develop personalized study plans and methods that cater to their individual needs and challenges, ensuring they receive the utmost benefit from their educational journey. With a patient demeanor, I am more than willing to provide repeated explanations or clarifications on any subject matter, as many times as necessary, fostering a supportive learning environment. My objective is to demonstrate the joy of learning and to emphasize that difficulties should not hinder one's ability to overcome them. I am here to exemplify that learning can be both enjoyable and rewarding, regardless of any challenges one may face.
