“After many years coaching large groups, I realized that the lessons were limited to providing the sensation of surfing and that wasn’t enough for those who really wanted to improve. So, I decided to coach only one-to-one or small groups. The difference in learning was huge”.
"Through individual feedback, the students became aware of their own performance and started to improve a lot faster. Therefore, I created the "Self Surf Coach" in order to provide the necessary knowledge for my students to improve according to their individual needs. And I found the key to that, which is: THE VIDEO ANALYSIS.

1. We arrange the session at the best time and spot for you in Lisbon. I’ll film you for an hour and a half and provide all the guidance you need to make the most of it in the water.
2. You’ll receive all the videos recorded in HD + the video analysis, deeply analyzing your performance and all technical and behavioral aspects that are helping or hindering your improvement. You'll receive a screen recording video.

I did some video analysis with Lucas, I can say that I really learned a lot. Even though the sea conditions weren't very good on the day of the video analysis, Lucas still picked up very important points that I was missing and I hadn't even imagined.
