My methodology is based on a communication-focused and cultural immersion approach, designed to help students interact naturally in Brazilian Portuguese.
Rather than focusing only on grammar, I work with three core elements:
1. Communication First
Students begin speaking from the first sessions using practical and relevant language for real-life situations.
2. Cultural Intelligence
I teach how Brazilians actually communicate, including indirect communication, social dynamics, and relationship-building patterns.
3. Real-Life Application
Lessons are based on situations students will experience in Brazil, helping them build confidence and fluency in context.
Lesson Structure
Each session is personalized and structured to develop real communication skills.
A typical lesson includes:
• guided conversation practice
• vocabulary and expressions used in real situations
• pronunciation and fluency development
• targeted grammar support (only when necessary)
• cultural insights to improve understanding and interaction
The focus is always on helping students communicate clearly and confidently, not just understand the language.
My Teaching Style
My approach is professional, structured, and adapted to each student’s goals.
I focus on:
• clarity and practical communication
• building confidence in speaking
• adapting the pace to the student
• creating a natural and comfortable learning environment
