Sobre Helen
My name is Elena and my primary education is Korean and English language and literature.
I completed my Master's degree in my country (Ukraine) and I was studying a lot about comic culture in South Korea and translating a lot of Korean manhwa :)
Then I was mastering my Korean and my teaching methods at language courses in Seoul and was living in a Korean family so I have a lot to tell and share about my experince and this culture.
I also speak Portuguse, so don't worry if your English is not perfect, and anyway we're going to be talking mostly in Korean ><

If you are new to Korean or already know some basics, I'll be happy to help you on your journey of mastering your skills and learning about this amazing culture!
First, we'll define your goals, wheather your goal is to travel to Korea and feel comfortable or just want to understand your favourite K pop songs.
We're going to use a student book from Korean university as a base, but I always like to use different supportive materials or to follow student's preferences (e.g. translating songs or working on TOPIC tasks, all depending on your level).
If you are a beginner, you'll learn all the basics, from pronunciacion (which is very important) to being able to make your first presentation and simple conversation in Korean.
