Sobre Roma
Languages and cultures have always been at the center of my life. I see languages as bridges — powerful tools that allow us not only to communicate, but to truly understand different ways of thinking and living.
I lead an active and curious lifestyle, and I enjoy exploring Portugal beyond the obvious, often discovering small towns by bike. I currently divide my time between Lisbon and a picturesque village in the north of Portugal, where I cultivate my own vegetables, cook, and embrace a more intentional way of living.
Teaching is especially meaningful to me because it allows me to connect with people from different backgrounds and to witness their progress over time. Supporting students as they gain confidence and express themselves more freely is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

My Portuguese as a Foreign Language lessons are creative, dynamic, and focused on real communication. The goal is for you to learn naturally, just like in real life — not only through rules, but through meaningful use of the language.
I use authentic and up-to-date materials, including cultural and social topics as well as everyday situations, so you develop both your language skills and a deep understanding of Portuguese culture.
As someone who learned Portuguese as a foreign language myself, I truly understand the challenges you may face. I can anticipate your difficulties and provide clear explanations and effective strategies to help you progress with confidence.
I also come from a Portuguese family and my Master’s thesis focuses on teaching Portuguese through culture in an authentic and meaningful way.
Each lesson is tailored to your level, interests, and goals, creating an engaging, motivating, and supportive learning environment.
I speak English, Ukrainian an Polish languages.
