Sobre Augusto luis
Introduction
university, I had close contact with the area of technology,
programming, digital marketing, multilingual conversation.
I currently work at Sefaz as a trainee of registration and processes,
attending requests for changes, activation, supervision of various
companies, I also perform the role of T.I, a function that is fit for
me because I have already had years of positive experience in the
back.
From time to time I get foreign reports and I have to translate
according to ABNT rules into Portuguese-BR, work that I consider a
hobby because I am very good and I really like to translate,
dialogue in other languages always discover a new history or new
culture, as I have the ability to learn and assimilate new languages,
and also the ability and practicality to serve clients as support in N
issues, I qualify a lot for vacancies of HOME Oficce.
I believe I have the necessary knowledge and willpower to be an
excellent translator, programmer, marketing or remote support.
Contextualization
During my two years at the Amazon Network Foundation company
one of my responsibilities was to support taxpayers and clients at
the general technology level, but I was also very focused on talking
to managers in another language and translating their reports from
English, Spanish to Portuguese.
For that, I took more Spanish English conversation,
contextualization and theater courses to express myself and learn to
grasp what the person is trying to express.
As I was graduating in IT at this time I was always able to solve any
doubt or problem of a user with hardware or software that had little
or no resources that I had at the moment, always prioritizing to
make the requested in the shortest possible time, but that was
delivered with excellence and solving the request / problem all at
once, and as I had to teach certain contributors with explanations of
how to do such a thing, I developed the ability to relate very well to
team, client, boss and server, filtered the information and needs to
take decision
My past achievements are the best employee of the month, with
strengths in creativity and camaraderie, many coworkers and clients
who will become friends for my affectionate and respectful profile in
various labor approaches.
I always like to keep up to date with the technology of the moment
without forgetting the old ones and how they influenced the current
technology.
I am certified in KAMBAM which helps me to organize the works and
never waste time, so always delivering them on time, besides using
the SCRUM themes that I am almost certifying too, thus managing
to solve the works, not quickly but with excellence in the shortest
possible time.
As a hobby I love learning new languages and talking to people
around the world to further improve my knowledge, and as a
translator for a happy hour among professionals of different
languages, they questioned how good my translator skills were, and
instead of communicating in English each spoke their mother
language in the case of German and Spanish, and I served as an
interpreter.
Motivation
The opportunity thrills me both for the Appen tradition and the desire to
innovate throughout its history, which shows that new ideas and approaches
are welcome.
Since thinking about new ways to innovate and solve problems with fewer
resources and satisfactory results is one of my skills, I think it could add value
to Appen.
The opportunity helps me achieve the goals in an innovative and technological
way, so that it helps solve any problem, bringing more experience in the field,
helping me to help the company achieve its goals.
The job deals with issues that interest me, because I have filtered my profile
according to the needs of the job and have all the necessary skills.
I deserve a chance like everyone, because with that same chance, I can meet
the expectations of the company as an employee and exceed, my skills and
behavioral / ethical profile fit the company and I'm sure that we will do many
jobs together always preserving punctuality, efficiency, respect and learning.
