Sobre Saffron
I have been teaching yoga since 2021, and have an overall love for movement in general. My priority as a teacher is to meet the student where they are at, guiding them to their own state of peace and stillness through meeting their body with compassion and Love. With gentle awareness, my goal is to help students to regularly connect to the peace that already resides within.

My classes are adaptive, dynamic, and are made suited to each student and their specific needs.
We will focus not only on the physical postures themselves, but also the breath, awareness, and learning to find stillness in both the mind and body.
Both hatha and yin are more slow paced styles of yoga, getting deep into the body and challenging the mind. Whereas vinyasa is more flowy and faster paced, guiding us to stay with what is in each movement.
I offer classes online, or in-person either private or in small groups.
