Sobre Rose
After going through an abusive relationship that leaded me to major depression, hyper vigilance and extreme anxiety, I realized phycotherapy was essencial but not enough. I needed to work this trauma on my body too! I needed to regulate my nervous system - and yoga saved me.
So, becoming a trauma informed yoga teacher became my purpose and I absolutely love what I do.
I’m Portuguese, but I’m also fluent in English and Spanish.

I facilitate trauma informed yoga classes to help you on your healing journey. If you are neurodivergent and/or queer (I’m too!), Welcome! This is your safe space
If you already done phycotherapy and understood is not enough, I will welcome all your topics/struggles and help you regulate your nervous system, unlock emotions/trauma stored in your body, give you tools that you can use on your day to day life: like breathing and somatic techniques.
